Andrew Rapp Named Principal at Riddell Williams Law Firm
Andrew Rapp has been elected Principal at Riddell Williams. Andrew is in his third year at the firm. He has extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions, working with public and private companies, shopping center owners, national tenants, and developers on all aspects of real estate negotiations, including leasing (retail, office, industrial, built to suit, and telecommunication), purchase and sale, and financing matters. He also advises clients on a broad range of related issues including guaranties, construction, easements, foreclosure, due diligence, and title issues.
Andrew is a member of the Seattle Rotary Club, and served as Co-Chair of the International Service Committee from 2013-15. He routinely provides pro bono assistance to local non-profits such as amending bylaws and counseling on various real estate issues.

Prior to joining Riddell Williams, Andrew was a partner at a Seattle law firm. He began his legal career as a judicial law clerk for two years at the Washington Court of Appeals, Division II. Andrew received a B.A. in English from St. Olaf College. He received his J.D. from American University, Washington College of Law, where he served as Senior Articles Editor for the Administrative Law Review.
