Andrew has extensive experience in commercial real estate and business transactions, advising public and private companies, shopping center owners, national tenants, and developers.
His real estate practice includes commercial leasing for landlords and tenants (retail, office, and industrial properties), and also telecommunication leases for building owners. He negotiates and prepares agreements for the acquisition and sale, financing, property management, and development of commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use projects. He also advises real estate clients on guaranties, non-judicial foreclosure, title, bankruptcy, construction, and unlawful detainer issues.
His business practice includes counseling on corporate governance issues and preparing a wide range of business contracts, including mergers and acquisitions and complex operating agreements.
Prior to joining Riddell Williams, Andrew was a partner at a Seattle law firm. He began his legal career as a judicial law clerk for two years at the Washington Court of Appeals, Division II.

Andrew is a member of the Seattle Rotary Club, and served as Co-Chair of the International Service Committee from 2013-15. He also serves as Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors for Associates in Cultural Exchange, an international education non-profit organization.
Andrew received a B.A. in English from St. Olaf College. He received his J.D. from American University, Washington College of Law, where he served as Senior Articles Editor for the Administrative Law Review.
