CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

WHAT MAKES A LAW FIRM GREAT?

In a word—people.  We know that our people are our greatest asset, and we have worked hard to create a culture that respects and values the contributions of all our lawyers and staff.  Many years ago, Dick Riddell described some of the values that characterized our firm:  highly skilled lawyers working together with a sense of genuine camaraderie, shared respect, high ethical and professional standards and a strong work ethic to continue to be top-tier client advocates.  And we have always held a commitment to improving our community and country.  Those values still define us today.

We invite bright, creative people to join us – people who are self-starters eager to build or continue successful careers.  Because we measure the firm’s success by our effectiveness in helping our clients succeed, we are looking for people who share our drive to provide exceptional service to clients.  Our client base, which includes regional, national and international businesses, produces challenging and interesting work in a full range of practice areas.

We have a strong tradition of actively supporting our community through civic organizations focusing on the arts, culture, civil liberties, education, politics, the environment, social services, health care and youth, and we encourage pro bono work, bar activities and involvement in professional associations.

We appreciate your interest in our firm. We are committed to providing a supportive, friendly atmosphere with opportunities for personal growth and achievement. The firm believes in and is committed to a diverse culture and the principle that each individual deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. We offer:

  • Intellectually stimulating fast-paced environment
  • Involvement in challenging cases with interesting clients
  • Positive work environment
  • Paid medical, dental, LTD, Life and EAP programs
  • 401(k) and Profit Sharing Plan
