Environmental Practice Group Welcomes Experienced Associate
Riddell Williams is pleased to announce that Marshall Morales has joined the Environmental Practice Group. Before joining the firm, Marshall served as an Assistant Attorney General for Washington State. He focuses on environmental litigation and regulatory compliance, including contaminated site cleanup cost recovery and allocation actions.
Marshall received his J.D. from New York University School of Law, where he was a member of the International Environmental Law Clinic, and received a B.A. in Environmental Science from Swarthmore College. Prior to law school, Marshall worked in the land use and urban planning sector in California and Japan.
