Marshall Morales Article Published In KCBA November Issue: ‘Admin Law: The New 1L Adventure’
Riddell Williams attorney Marshall Morales has recently been published in the November issue of King County Bar Association’s monthly Bar Bulletin, ‘Admin Law: The New 1L Adventure.’ The article advises law students on how to approach administrative law with regard to the use of statutory interpretation, agency rulemaking, and the rise of administrative tribunals.
Marshall is a member of the Riddell Williams Environmental Practice Group. His practice focuses on environmental litigation and regulatory compliance, including contaminated site cleanup cost recovery and allocation actions.
